Overview
CineLut Live Grade (“the App”) is a desktop application for video grading and LUT/CDL workflow. This policy describes how the App handles your data.
Data We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.
The App does not use analytics, advertising, or third‑party tracking.
The App does not require an account or sign‑in.
Data Stored on Your Device
User-selected files: Video clips, LUTs, reference images, and exported files are only accessed when you explicitly open or save them. The App uses Apple’s sandbox and “user-selected file” access; we do not read your disk beyond the files you choose.
App preferences and presets: Settings and look presets (e.g. slots A/B/C) are stored locally on your Mac in the App’s container. They are not sent to us or anyone else.
Permissions
File access (read/write): Used only when you use “Open Video…”, “Load LUT”, “Reference”, “Export CDL”, or similar actions. Access is limited to the files and folders you select.
Camera (future “Live” feature): If you later use the Live camera feature, video from the camera is processed only on your device and is not transmitted.
Privacy
The App does not collect personal information. we do not knowingly collect data from anyone.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do.
