FilmStudio ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Data We Access

FilmStudio may request access to:

• Camera – to capture video.
• Microphone – to record audio with video.
• Photo Library (Add) – to save recorded clips to your library.
• Photo Library (Read/Write, if granted) – to browse/manage clips inside the app.

2. How Data Is Used

• Video and audio are processed on-device to provide recording and camera features.
• Saved media is written to your Photos library only when you choose to save/export.
• Camera settings/presets are stored locally on your device for your workflow.

3. In-App Purchases

FilmStudio offers paid features via Apple In-App Purchase. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

4. Analytics and Tracking

FilmStudio does not use third-party advertising SDKs for personalized ads. If analytics are used in future versions, this policy will be updated before release.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Media and settings remain on your device unless you explicitly export/share content.

6. Data Retention

• Recorded media retention is controlled by your Photos library and your actions.
• App settings remain until you reset or delete the app.

7. Your Choices

You can revoke permissions any time in iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security and Settings > FilmStudio.

8. Children's Privacy

FilmStudio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by revising the effective date.
